Situated 25 minutes away from Kings Cross (Piccadilly Line) lies a hidden gem of a cricket club.
Cockfosters Cricket Club was founded in 1873 and has a rich history of Cricket in the North London and Hertfordshire area.
Residing in what is a quintessential ‘English cricket’ setting, Cockfosters can boast the names of cricket legends like Chris Cairns in the professional ranks and Jack Hyams in the amateur ranks to have both donned the colours of Cockfosters Cricket Club in competitive league cricket.
Other playing members have gone onto represent Middlesex CCC and Hertfordshire CCC at youth and senior competitive levels respectively.
We operate three XI’s on a Saturday and one on a Sunday.
We offer competitive cricket for all ages and abilities, a friendly club atmosphere, and one of the finest grass playing surfaces in North London which is professionally curated.
