We welcome any player at any level who has moved to the area due to work, studies or relocation and we guarantee that you will be made to feel comfortable and welcome.
We particularly want to attract / speak to players who have played at a high level or ex-professionals who have retired and want to give something back.
In partnership with the social and bowls sections, there are plans for a vast expansion both on and off the field. Our plans in relation to the cricket section include:
Club house / bar extension
Additional changing rooms
Establishing a hard ball ladies’ team
4th cricket team on a Saturday and 2nd team on a Sunday
Cricket garage relocation
Bowling machine for the outdoor nets
Purchasing additional land for second onsite cricket pitch
Indoor cricket centre
We are aware that some of these plans are challenging but not impossible. We welcome new members to help move these projects forward and continue with the growth of the club
