We are a Maitland based club located in Lorn who compete in the Maitland District Cricket Association Club Competition and are the current Club Champions of this competition. Our location is roughly half an hour’s drive from the world-renowned beaches of Newcastle, 30 minutes to Hunter Valley Wine Country, and less than 2 hours from Sydney making our position perfect to experience all our region has to offer.
We have a very strong and proud club history of over 120 years and boast some of the best playing/training facilities across Country Australia at our home, Lorn Park. We have several Level 2 coaches attached to the club, and a passionate and dedicated volunteer team who will work with players of all ages and skill levels from blasters right the way up to 1st grade competition.
This is an exciting opportunity for local and overseas players looking for a chance to play a season in Australia. For the right candidates we can assist with your stay here, as well as helping with Job Opportunities and accommodation requirements. You will also be a part of a family club that has a fantastic culture both on and off the field, with a strong history of developing our Junior and Senior talent.
This opportunity is open not only to players moving to the area, but also to players wishing to have a season abroad and see what its really like to play down under.
