Senior Coach (Playing or Non-Playing) Season 2024/2025
The Euroa Cricket Club seeks applications for the position of Senior Coach for season 2024/25.
With a strong commitment to participation and having fun, the Euroa Cricket Club is driven by success. The club has a stable and committed committee, who have worked very hard to ensure the long-term viability of the Club. It’s time to transfer the off field success to on field.
We seek a coach who shares the club’s ambition for success, commitment, off-field club support and who will provide the leadership, direction, education and the coaching required for the continuation of our growth and development of all Euroa Cricket Club players.
The successful applicant will report to the club’s Executive Committee; will be responsible for the coaching, development and management of our Senior Program and assist with support for the junior program.
Our 3 senior teams currently comprise of A Grade, B Grade & D Grade in the Cricket Shepparton Competition.
Key criteria includes:
• Playing and/or coaching experience
• Minimum Level 1, preferred Level 2 coaching qualification
• Professional attitude
• Strong Leadership, Communication & Organisational skills
• Player development focus across all grades whilst maximising club culture
• Prepare pre season and in season training sessions
• Ability to commit to all training sessions and games
• Remuneration will be negotiable and will be determined by the successful applicant’s level of experience and qualification.
All applicants are required to provide the following:
• Coaching Credentials including Accreditation Level
• Playing / Coaching History or Experience
• Have a Working with Childrens Check or be eligible to gain one
• For International applicants; Visa Required or the right to work is a must
