Gormandale Cricket Club

The Gormandale Tigers Cricket Club is a proud Club with a rich history. Affiliated to the all turf Traralgon & District Cricket Association we are situated just under 2 hours drive from Melbourne in regional Victoria with some of the nicest beaches, rainforests and Victorian tourist attractions just under an hours drive away. Our Club is rebuilding after a difficult season last year however, we have already improved this season by signing new players to the Club and we are aiming to again be strong on field and compete for the Premiership in season 23/24. This season we are looking for a wicket keeper/batsman who puts value on his wicket while being a dynamic player across one day and two day matches. There will be a real challenge for the player who takes the gloves this year for us as our Club boasts two incredible spin bowlers and a pace attack that will provide plenty of opportunity for any gloveman wanting to have an impact in the field. Our Club is very inclusive and we aim to make sure every player no matter what grade they play or level of ability they have always feels welcome and comfortable within the walls of our rooms be it after the match, during training or at social functions while also going out of our way for our overseas players to make sure they get the full experience of what our region has to offer.
