Ashwood Cricket Club is a Melbourne based cricket club playing in the inner Eastern Surburbs. We play in the third tier of Eastern Cricket Association and train and play all home games at the picturesque Essex Heights Reserve, Mt Waverley , Melbourne.
The club caters for 6 senior teams and 10 junior teams.
Overseas opportunities for UK or NZ based players with valid working visa, ideally seeking batting all rounders who bowl spin must have positive attitude and want to contribute on field and socially . For premier or above player we can provide flights , accomodation and job option .
Also if you are self funded or travelling to Melbourne as a club player we would also consider facilitating your overseas club experience.
Australian Locals if you are planning to relocate to melbourne from interstate or new to the area or a local looking to play either competitive or social cricket, Ashwood. Cricket club offers a level of cricket for all. You may also be playing non turf cricket and looking for opportunities on turf .
Our Training nights are Tuesday and Thursday games are Saturday and Sunday, Active social club, members off field, close to transport links 15 km from Melbourne CBD.
