Park Orchards Cricket club is growing club with 4 Senior and 5 junior teams. The 1XI plays in the Box Hill Reporter District Cricket Associations Dorothy Macintosh Shield.
We are seeking candidates with a club first mentality, with the capability of mentoring and developing our young playing list.
The attributes we seek in a successful applicant include:
· Excellent leadership and communication
· An emphasis on working with players of all levels
· A strong work ethic and drive to succeed
· Be a positive influence around the club
Job roles include:
· Organising and delivery of training sessions
· Assisting on selection committee
· Mentoring senior leaders
· Be a role model within the Park Orchards Cricket Club community
